Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the 77 AI Agency website, client communications, project proposals, and any related service delivery unless a separate signed master services agreement states otherwise.

Use of the website

Website content is provided for general commercial information. Nothing on this website creates a binding service commitment, service level, or guaranteed result until both parties execute a written agreement.

Proposals and scope

Project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and commercial terms are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or order form. Any change in scope may require timeline and fee adjustments.

Fees and payment

Invoices are due according to the payment terms in the governing agreement. Late or missed payments may pause work, platform access, or delivery milestones until the account is brought current.

No refunds

All fees are final and non refundable. Because engagements require immediate allocation of strategy, engineering, creative, and delivery resources, 77 AI Agency does not provide refunds, credits, or partial period reversals for paid retainers, deposits, implementation fees, or custom project work unless required by law.

Client obligations

Clients are responsible for timely approvals, accurate information, lawful use of any deployed system, and sufficient access to ecommerce, analytics, advertising, and messaging platforms required for delivery.

Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre existing intellectual property. Custom work product transfers only to the extent described in the governing agreement and only after all undisputed fees are paid in full.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, and customer information using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 77 AI Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the website or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws stated in the signed client agreement, or if no signed agreement exists, by the laws applicable to the principal place of business of 77 AI Agency.
